Welcome to Mrs. Abuyo's 3rd Grade Class!

Cursive Handwriting

Learning to write in cursive handwriting is typically the highlight of third grade. Please click on the letter to see the correct formation of the letter in lowercase and uppercase.

After we learn the letters in class, please practice writing at home. Remember to practice writing the letters the proper way. PRACTICE MAKES PERMANENT! If you practice incorrectly, you will always write incorrectly.

When I teach cursive I will not be going in alphabetical order. Instead, I will teach letters with similar strokes.
